In May 2006 Seth and I spent some largely miserable days in Boston. While we were there we visited the MIT Museum. One of the rooms was full of lots of cool kinetic sculptures. Here is video of two of them. The background music is a little bit of Black Star by the Modified Toy Orchestra.

This post has been all over the Internets. I’ve read too many things making pretty much these arguments before to be super excited about it, but it’s well argued and the presentation was initially made to the people who need to be convinced. Or at least, they need to be convinced or else by-passed completely.
