This is the 40 foot in Sandcove, Dublin on Christmas Day 2006. The Christmas Day swim seems to be getting ever more popular, it was absolute packed there this Christmas. It was my first time doing it. The water was so cold it felt like knives in my legs. But it was great when I got out.
